A home purchase workshop is an opportunity for the participant to learn about the process of buying property and to examine their household's finances along with my help. (Or other property types requiring a loan)

Over the years, Worthy & Associates Real Estate, has prided itself in pre-purchase budget counseling for our buyer clients. In short, we review your financial documents, create a household monthly budget, and give you a task list to get you the deed/title to your next property!
What to bring to the workshop:
Laptop preferred but your cell phone will suffice.
2-3 months of your Bank Statements from your primary account.
30 Days of Paystubs
2022 and 2023 W2s or 1099s
2022 and 2023 Tax Returns
Copy of your Credit Report or create an account with Credit Karma
Copy of your current monthly budget
We ask for the documents a loan officer will require for important reasons:
To hold you accountable to the process. If you cannot source these documents or you're not willing to share these documents, how are you going to acquire a mortgage?
To save you potential discouragement from feedback given by a loan officer.
To create a plan for you to acquire a mortgage regardless of how long it takes.
To connect you with the lender that works best for your financial situation as all lending institutions are not the same!
